Introducing CHATEAU Part 2: A Grand Foyer and More!

Hey everyone! It's been a while since my last update, but I'm excited to finally share the second installment of my Coastal Collection with you. This part focuses on the Coastal outdoors, and I've got some amazing items to show off.

As many of you know, The Sand Pit works just like a rug and can be placed anywhere you wish. And this month, there are quite a few items that do have pack requirements, mostly activity items for toddlers, kids, and soon-to-be-introduced infants. It took me 5 days to complete from start to finish, but the end result was well worth it.

The highlight of my creation process was definitely building the playhouse. I wanted to include so many build items that I actually decided to dedicate an extra month to get everything on my original list. And even though I didn't quite achieve my goal, I came pretty close!

This set is a labor of love, especially during the shorter month of February. But I'm thrilled to finally be able to share it with you all. CHATEAU Part 2 includes 37 items for your Chateaus entrance and hallways, including stone stairs, curved landings, French fence and railing pieces, and even proper historical staircases.

I was also excited to create some new interior doors, including a classic Parisian wooden floor, a black and white stone floor, and wallpaper with hand-painted patterns (which I created myself from scratch). And let's not forget the shell building! It's been a while since I've worked on it, but I'm happy to say it's finally complete.

Some other highlights include a round table perfect for giant bouquet displays, a potted Fiddle Leaf tree, and two new lighting options: a hanging light and a wall sconce. The Mirror comes in three height options, so you can choose the one that fits your Sims' style best.

I also made a Lous XV console table as both a full and quarter version (inspired by an original from Hotel de la Marine in Paris), as well as a Rococo Mirror inspired by Athena Calderone's apartment. And who knows? Maybe someday I'll even create a wooden set of stairs to go along with my stone ones.
